Features: Species: Wenge (Millettia laurentii) Appearance: Dark brown to almost black with contrasting lighter grain lines Texture: Coarse, open grain with a naturally textured feel Workability: Dense and hard; best worked with sharp tools, may splinter; finishes to a rich, deep tone Applications:Ideal for furniture making, cabinetry, flooring, joinery, and larger woodworking projects where strength and visual impact are required.
